We take full responsibility for the shipping process. If there is any issue with your order—such as damage, incorrect item, or delay caused by us—we will handle it promptly and fairly.
For returns or exchanges requested due to personal preferences (wrong size, color change, etc.), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Policy – Eleintl
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is any defect or issue, whether the item has been used or not, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product.
If the issue is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), you can return the item even after 30 days.

✔️ The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all tags, labels, and accessories.
✔️ Items must be unworn and unwashed unless there was a clear manufacturing defect.

Customized or personalized sportswear items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy – Eleintl
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days.

If the error was caused by us, we will refund the full amount, including shipping.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size ordered), return shipping and any applicable fees or taxes will be deducted from your refund.
